A judge has refused bail to a man accused of plotting attacks on Abuja schools, saying nothing proves he won't flee. With the prosecution already closing their case and the next hearing set for September, should we be comfortable with pre-trial detention based on what a suspect might do, or is this just another case of "innocent until proven guilty" being ignored?
