My neighbour's son just inherited a house and sold it in one week

You see this thing wey dey happen for this Lagos, sometimes I just shake my head. My neighbour for Ikeja, Madam Grace, her first son just inherited a house from his late uncle. The boy no even wait to see the property, he just find a buyer and sell am for pocket money. Now the buyer don come dey pack the new tenants out.

I tried to advise the boy, I told him say the law gives you certain protections. When you inherit property, you must do proper letters of administration, you must get the consent of all beneficiaries. But he say I dey waste his time, that the house is his alone.
