The police have finally arrested Adeniyi Adeyemi , the man who was running a non-existent government agency called the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council , after a judge got tired of his excuses and issued a warrant. His lawyer said he was too scared to show up in court because he feared for his life, but the judge clapped back by saying the court would "help him to be alive." So how many more of these fake agencies are people running in Nigeria without anybody noticing until a chief of staff petitions?
