A Federal High Court just ruled that FRSC officers have no business stopping motorists on state and local roads in Kano, calling it a violation of your freedom of movement. The judge ordered them to apologise in a national newspaper and pay damages to the lawyer who challenged them. So, should FRSC stick to federal highways, or does this ruling leave room for more reckless driving on your neighbourhood roads?
