The world's oil price is climbing again, and guess who's paying for it before the ship even docks? Depots already hiked pump prices by up to N120 per litre yesterday, even as global crude just rose today. NNPCL stations are still holding at N1,155 in Abuja, but for how long when private marketers are already at N1,220? Is this a temporary shock or the new normal for our fuel bills?
