Court deals final blow to Wabara-Turaki PDP faction

Federal High Court in Abuja yesterday dismissed the case filed by Adolphus Wabara and his BoT faction seeking INEC recognition. Justice Salim Ibrahim called the suit an abuse of court process, unmeritorious and lacking in merit. The judge said the plaintiffs failed to prove any entitlement to the reliefs they were seeking.

This means the court has affirmed the Mohammed Abdulrahman-led PDP faction that is loyal to FCT Minister Nyesom Wike. The judge also agreed with INEC that the court lacked jurisdiction to even hear the matter. So Wabara, Jerry Gana, Olabode George and the rest of them have been told to go and sit down.

PDP leadership wahala just dey continue. When will these people ever learn to settle their differences inside the party instead of running to court every time? The party wey suppose be opposition stronghold just dey waste time fighting themselves.
