BBNaija Sabrina says she can't marry a man earning less than her. I actually agree.

Just saw what Sabrina said about not marrying a man who earns less than her. People are dragging her left and right on Twitter but I actually think she's being realistic. Not saying it's the ideal way to think but let's be honest about the Nigerian reality.

If you are a woman making good money and you marry down financially, the pressure will find you. The man will feel it, the family will talk, the neighbours will gossip. Our society is not built for that arrangement. A man whose wife earns more than him will get 'woman wrapper' from his boys. The woman will start feeling like she is carrying everything alone. It's a recipe for wahala.

I'm not saying love cannot conquer all. But love no dey pay rent for Lagos or Enugu. If the roles were reversed nobody would question it. So why is it wrong for her to know what she wants? Abeg, which one is better , being single with your peace or being married and stressed about money every day? 🙏
