A
A man who convinced his congregation he won N30 billion in a lottery and then collected over N136 million from them for fake "miracle stickers" and "holy ghost thunder" just got a one-year sentence with an option of N500,000 fine. Meanwhile, his victims are still waiting for restitution from a single piece of land. Is this justice, or just another example of how in Nigeria, the punishment for defrauding faithful church members is barely a tap on the wrist?
