Plateau State Governor Mutfwang has apologised to Igbos for the role his people played in the civil war, claiming they were "deceived" by General Gowon who is also from Plateau. So one man from the state started the war, and now the state is begging for forgiveness for following him.Is a governor even qualified to apologise for a war that ended over 50 years ago, or is this just a political move to secure Igbo votes for 2027?
