Global crude oil finally slipped below $100 after OPEC promised more supply, but here in Nigeria, petrol is still selling for over N1,200 per litre and marketers are already raising prices again. We removed subsidy so we could feel the market, but why does it feel like we only feel the pain when prices go up, not the relief when they come down?
