APC and Accord are busy pointing fingers at each other, but the real question is simple: if your own governor has to bribe you with your own money to get your vote, what does that say about his confidence in his performance? Both parties are accusing each other of buying votes and PVCs, but we all know that in Naija, the politician who shouts loudest about corruption is usually the one with the cash-stained hands. Are we really surprised that votes are for sale, or are we just tired of pretending that our leaders don't treat our ballots like commodities?
