Obasanjo working for Tinubu? This analyst has receipts

Public affairs analyst Akin Malaolu dropped a bomb yesterday. He claims former President Olusegun Obasanjo is actually working for President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 election, not supporting Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso like he pretends to be doing. According to Malaolu, that whole support for Obi and Kwankwaso is just a smokescreen to mask Obasanjo's covert backing of Tinubu's second-term ambition.

Malaolu said Obasanjo's recent letter attacking Atiku only confirms the speculation that he is working for his kinsman, President Tinubu. Think about it. Obasanjo has been going after Atiku hard, accusing him of bribing former Speaker Ghali Umar Na'Abba to impeach him back in the day. Atiku has already dismissed the claim. But the timing is interesting, coming as we approach 2027.

This man Obasanjo is something else. He will write letters, hold meetings, pretend to be the father of democracy, but at the end of the day, he is playing his own game. The question is, can we really trust any of these old politicians? Or are they all just using us to remain relevant?
