DSS Operatives Chained BOSYA President's Legs and Ransacked His Home for Evidence

DSS operatives stormed the home of Samaila Kaigama, President of Borno South Youth Alliance, on Friday at about 4pm in two Hilux vehicles, heavily armed, and chained his legs while searching the entire house. According to Omoyele Sowore's X post, they were looking for evidence to charge him but left empty-handed. Kaigama also alleged they denied him food and forced him to drink water from a toilet to pressure him into surrendering evidence.

This is the same Kaigama who recently made allegations on Channels Television about ransom payments to Boko Haram. His arrest appears designed to silence him. The DSS has not publicly responded as of yesterday. Nigeria is becoming a banana republic where security agencies operate with total disregard for the law.
