Peter Obi couldn't conduct local govt elections in Anambra. Now he wants to run Nigeria?

APC chieftain Ayekooto Akindele has dragged Peter Obi properly over his excuse for not conducting local government elections during his time as Anambra governor. Obi said on Channels TV yesterday that litigation issues he couldn't control stopped him from conducting those elections. Ayekooto fired back on Facebook saying if Obi couldn't handle a small challenge in one state, how does he expect to manage 36 states and the FCT?

This is the problem I have with our politicians. They will give you all kinds of excuses for why they failed at the small things but still want the big job. Obi has been moving from one political party to another, from PDP to APGA to LP to now NDC, always running when things get tough. And now he wants to be president. Make it make sense.

I am not saying APC is perfect. But we must hold all of them accountable. If you couldn't conduct local government elections in Anambra because of litigation, what makes you think you can handle the security challenges in Borno or the economic crisis in Lagos? Be honest, would you trust someone who couldn't manage one state to manage the entire country?
