President Tinubu claims to have secured over 7,000 corruption convictions, yet a phantom agency with N1.3bn in the budget, official offices, and access to top government officials somehow existed for months without anyone knowing who created it. The government calls it "fake" and blames one man, but how does a whole agency with civil servants, CBN accounts, and diplomatic meetings just appear out of thin air in a country where the president is supposed to be fighting corruption? Is this really about one fake agency, or is it proof that impunity runs so deep in this government that nobody can even be held accountable for creating a whole ministry?
