Anambra building collapse: Is anyone checking these buildings before they fall?

Three-storey building collapses in Oko, Anambra. One female student dead, another male student's body still trapped under rubble. Rescue teams are digging through debris, but the real question is: how many more unsafe buildings are housing our children while nobody inspects them?
