Shakira choosing Burna Boy for World Cup song is the crossover we prayed for

I just saw that Shakira said she's 'obsessed' with Burna Boy and that's why she picked him for the World Cup song. Omo, this is sending me. The way our boy is collecting international co-signs like it's nothing.

Imagine telling someone in 2018 that Burna Boy would be on a World Cup anthem with Shakira. They would laugh at you. Now look at him. African Giant no be empty title.

The only question is: will the actual World Cup song be as good as 'On The Low' or are we setting ourselves up for disappointment? 😭
