Fani-Kayode speaks on Nigerians tortured in South Africa by police

Femi Fani-Kayode don release statement yesterday about a video wey show Nigerian man being tortured to death by South African police. He say dem put plastic bag for the man head while he dey scream for help. The video was secretly recorded inside the man own house.

He say since 2022 no fewer than 90 Nigerians don die for South Africa from Afrophobic attacks and police brutality, and not one person don face justice. Six people don die this year alone, three of them by police. He raise the issue with South Africa Foreign Minister on Monday and both sides agree to reduce tension.

I just dey think about all these people wey go South Africa to hustle, thinking say life better there. Meanwhile our own government dey talk about bilateral relations while our people dey buried without justice. When last you hear about any conviction for these killings?
