A House of Reps committee says the appointment letter of a man claiming to be the Director-General of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council is fake, and even the Head of Service confirmed it. But the man himself hasn't shown up to explain how he almost got away with running a whole government office on forged papers. How many of these "official" bodies are just clever scams we haven't caught yet?
