So the Head of Service says they saw a State House logo and a familiar signature and just went ahead to approve a fake council that almost got ₦27 billion. She said due diligence failed, but that's a polite way of saying nobody did their job. If a single fake document can get this far into government, how many other fake approvals are sitting in files right now?
