So the police commissioner gets booed at a public event, and minutes later, the SSG who laughed is being dragged in over N4m and voter cards found in his compound? That's either the fastest intelligence work in Nigerian history or the most obvious abuse of office we've seen this week. If a commissioner can order the arrest of a top government official just for laughing at his embarrassment, what chance does the average person on the street have? Are we really supposed to believe this was about vote-buying, or is this just power flexing dressed up as law enforcement?
