The House Defence Committee boss says nine letters from the Chief of Staff's office to top security and government agencies carry genuine signatures, and only the one appointing the so-called PFIPC DG doesn't match. Meanwhile, the Head of Service says a bunch of people walked in claiming to be a brand new agency, something they've never witnessed since inception. If the office of the Chief of Staff was writing to the NSA, Police, and DSS about this phantom council, was it all a setup, or did somebody cleverly forge their way through the system?
