Hunger Was Here Before You, So What Was Your Plan, President?

Tinubu says hunger existed in Nigeria before he was born, and Sowore is asking the obvious question: if you knew it was already there, why did you even run for office, to keep the cycle going or break it? This is the kind of statement that makes you wonder if our leaders see their job as managing suffering instead of ending it. So when a president tells you hunger is ancient history, does that make it acceptable, or does it just confirm they never had a plan for the future?
