The military says July was a win: 102 terrorists dead, 393 kidnapped victims rescued, 345 suspects arrested across the country. Yet for many Nigerians, the fear of abduction or attack hasn't dropped one bit , so is this real progress or just a numbers game for the headlines?If these figures are true, why does the insecurity in our villages and cities still feel like a daily lottery?
