NEPA take light, person still dey find who to blame for match wey no show

Last night I don buy data, I don charge my phone, I don even arrange my chair for viewing centre. Then NEPA take light for my area. I say okay, no problem, I go watch am for phone. But the network sef don choose that exact moment to dey behave like my ex, no steady at all.
