Osun Election: Two Police Commissioners? Who Is Really Running Security?

So Adeleke's camp is crying out that the police are targeting their supporters just weeks before the Osun governorship election. They say the CP was transferred, then reinstated after some alleged threats to the IGP, and now two commissioners are reportedly operating in the state. If the police cannot stay neutral in this election, how can anyone trust the result that comes out on August 15? Is this the kind of political intimidation we should just accept, or are they crying wolf before the game even starts?
