Na wa oh. Some things wey I see for court plenty, but one case from last month still dey my mind. A man came to me, shaking. He bought land for Ikorodu, paid everything, built small structure. Then one day, another man shows up with a title document, claiming the land is his. The first man's document? Forged. By the very agent wey sold am to him.

I checked the records. The real owner had registered the land years ago. The agent just printed a fake deed and collected millions. The man lost everything. And he had no lawyer from the start, because he wanted to save money.

See ehn, in the eyes of the court, your money don't matter if your document is fake. Always verify land titles at the Lands Registry before you pay. Let me break am down: if the seller refuses to take you to the registry, walk away. That one is not your land, na your problem dey come.
