The same government asking Nigerians to tighten their belts just quietly tucked over a trillion naira into a school’s budget to build roads, dialysis centres and solar streetlights across the country. If a cooperative college can handle 2,791 projects, why do we even have ministries?Is this fiscal creativity or just a creative way to share the national cake before anyone notices?
