So we hustle to the UK for better pay and career growth, only to have patients call us "monkeys" and "dirty foreigners" while we're saving their lives. The same NHS that can't function without our hands is now a stage where some patients openly tell Black radiographers "Black people frighten me" or refuse to let African medics touch their pregnant wives. This isn't just a UK problem, it's a mirror to what many of us already feel about the West's so-called "welcome," and it makes you wonder: is the Japa dream really worth swallowing this kind of humiliation daily?
