Dino Melaye don open another can of worms for Tinubu certificate matter

Yesterday, one Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Monday Ubani, come out for Eagle 102.5 FM Ilese-Ijebu and say President Bola Ahmed Tinubu no need to show im primary and secondary school certificates to INEC. According to am, Section 131 of the 1999 Constitution only require say candidate must attain school certificate level or its equivalent, no be say e must produce the certificate physically. Ubani talk say, "There's no legal compulsion that he must disclose his certificate or he must show it. I'll say that it's only a moral issue and it has nothing to do with legal compulsion."

But wait, this matter na transparency. Even Ubani admit say "these are issues of transparency." How you go say na only moral issue when the man dey contest for president? And the same Ubani also talk say Peter Obi get questions to answer over name discrepancies for im WAEC, UNN and NYSC documents. So na only Tinubu we go use law shield, but for Obi na public document? This kind selective reasoning dey worry me. For Kano here, we sabi say law na law, but leadership na trust. If you no fit show your school cert, how we go trust you with our future? Be honest, na only Tinubu this law dey favour or anybody wey get certificate problem?
