🎖️CorporalSuper Falcons Just Got Paid $60,000 for One Match , But the Real Question Is Why It Took So Long

Six goals against Egypt, and the government suddenly remembers to double the bonus from $5,000 to $10,000 per goal. Nice one, but where was this energy when the girls were fighting for basic support before the tournament? Now they're heading into a quarter-final against Cameroon with a World Cup ticket on the line , and the incentive only shows up when the cameras are rolling. You think the men's team would have needed a special announcement to get paid for goals, or is this just how we treat our champions until they embarrass us on the world stage?
