🔰SergeantState House Says 'We Never Heard of PFIPC' , So Who Signed the Papers?

So the State House is now claiming they know nothing about this PFIPC council, didn't request any budget code, and the documents floating around are fraudulent. Meanwhile, this 'fake' agency somehow got into the 2026 budget and was operating with government recognition. If nobody at the top knew about it, then who exactly was signing off on its existence and pushing it through the system? Are we supposed to believe a phantom agency just walked into Nigeria's budget without anyone noticing, or is this just another case of officials covering their backsides when the heat comes?
