I caught my own mother stealing from my savings every month since I was 15

I no go lie, e pain me but I don carry am for chest for years. Since I start selling pure water for PH as small boy, my mama dey collect my savings for keep. She say na for safe. But every month when I wan collect am, she go say market no good or school fees don finish am.

Last year I finally open my own account and start saving there. But the day I catch her with my old savings book, she just laugh and say na her right because she born me. Chai. The woman wey I trust pass everybody for this world na the same person wey dey chop my future.

I don forgive her but I no fit ever trust her with money again. Family love and money no mix well for Naija.
