Naija, dem don put price on terrorist head , N60 million for anybody wey fit give correct info on where di most wanted Iswap commanders dey hide for Borno. But here be di real question: e don tey wey dis same Army dey fight dis war, and di commanders still dey run dia operations like dem dey own di land. If money fit buy information, why e no don work before now? Or di people wey sabi dia location dey fear say di Army go protect dem truly, or dem dey fear say di terrorists go catch dem first? Which one go make you risk your life for N60 million, when di person wey dey next door fit be di one wey go report you to di other side?
