Yesterday, CISLAC and Transparency International Nigeria don raise serious concern over President Bola Tinubu's direct intervention for the EFCC matter wey concern Osun State government accounts. Auwal Musa Rafsanjani, wey be Executive Director of CISLAC and Head of Transparency International Nigeria, release statement on Friday saying this kind presidential instruction to EFCC to seek lifting of court order dey raise serious questions about operational independence of our anti-corruption agencies and judiciary.

Rafsanjani talk say EFCC act within its mandate when dem freeze the state accounts, and e warn say if the freezing na based on credible evidence that public funds dey at risk, then the appropriate response na to allow law and court take their course.
