IPOB vs DSS: Who is really in Kuje Prison , a prisoner or a planted spy?

The agency that trained him is now prosecuting him, and the same agency that arrested him is now sending him to the very prison where its own secrets are kept. IPOB says it doesn't know this retired DSS man, but the real question isn't about membership , it's about whether a former spy can ever truly be "remanded" or if he's just being parked where the listening is easiest. So, are we watching a genuine terrorism case, or is this how intelligence agencies play chess with our courtrooms and our prisons?
