🔰SergeantADC rejects ICPC report, but the real question is bigger than one fake agency

So the ADC has thrown out the ICPC interim report on the fake PFIPC, calling it predictable and inadequate. Their point is simple: how does a "fictitious" agency get federal office space, civil servants, official vehicles, security, and a N1.3 billion budget line without anyone noticing? The party says the report focuses on one individual instead of the government officials and systems that allowed this to happen, and now they're asking if this is just one case or a sign of how this administration actually works.The thing is, the ADC isn't wrong to wonder , if investigating one fake agency uncovers two more, then the problem isn't one clever fraudster, it's the system that let him walk through the front door. So the question for us is not whether the report is adequate, but whether we trust any government investigation to dig into its own failures, or are we just going to get a scapegoat every time the house is on fire?
