So one guy allegedly created fake presidential councils, forged appointment letters, took over a defunct government office, and strung along foreign diplomats , all without a single ministry, office, or agency raising an alarm. The ICPC finally submitted a report, but the real question is: how many more of these phantom agencies are still operating right now, collecting legitimacy and access while we argue about fuel prices?If the system can't catch one fake council for an extended period, what makes us believe it will catch the next one before it does real damage? Which public officers should actually be held accountable for looking the other way , and why are we only hearing about this after foreign investors and officials were already fooled?
