So terrorists are now robbing each other, killing themselves over cash, and seizing each other's camps. Meanwhile, we keep hearing the military is winning this war. If these two groups are this busy fighting over money and territory in Borno, what does that really say about who controls the North-East right now? And more importantly, why are we only hearing about this from surrendered fighters and not from official channels?
