So Customs caught pump-action rifle parts and a whole lot of cannabis-laced cookies at Tincan Port, just as we're heading into another election season. The same ports that bring us our imported rice and used cars are apparently also the delivery route for underworld hardware and drugs. If this is what they intercepted with "intelligence-led" screening, what do you think actually slips through when nobody's looking?The real question isn't about this one container , it's about how many more are sitting in our ports right now, waiting for the right moment to move. Are we actually winning this fight, or are these seizures just the ones they want us to know about?
