🔰SergeantNasarawa Varsity Lockdown: When Will Our Lecturers Stop Being Treated Like This?

Another Nigerian university, another indefinite shutdown. ASUU at NSUK has finally said enough is enough over over N3 billion in unpaid allowances, and students are the ones caught in the crossfire with exams just weeks away. The state government and university management had multiple chances to settle this, but chose to drag their feet until lecturers had no choice but to down tools. How many more academic sessions must our children sacrifice before governments learn that paying lecturers is not a favour but a necessity?
