Shallipopi says Dapper is holding 46 songs' royalties, including "E Don Cast," and even dragged the catalogue to Virgin Music without proper accounting. Now he's threatening EFCC action, but the real question is: how many of our artistes have to shout before we stop signing these deals blind? If the label can sell your catalogue and act confused when you ask for your own money, who is truly safe in this industry?
