Peter Obi went to Otukpo-Nobi and Efeyi-Ugboju and saw mass graves, not security. Over 20 people dead, 14 kidnapped the same morning, and the government's response is silence. If the primary duty of any government is protecting citizens, then this one has failed woefully , so who is truly responsible for these deaths, the terrorists or the leaders who let them roam free?
