Davido says soldiers dey try to stop him from entering Osun for election

Davido don come out to talk say soldiers dey plan to stop am from entering Osun State for the governorship election tomorrow. The singer post am on his X handle today, August 15, 2026, and e no dey mince words. E say, "I've been reliably informed that soldiers are trying to prevent me from entering Osun tomorrow, this won't happen."

This one na serious matter. Davido no just dey sing, e dey use im voice for politics too. E talk say every citizen of Nigeria get right to movement at any point in time. Na true talk. If dem fit do am to Davido, wetin dem go do to ordinary person wey no get followers?

E get people wey go say Davido no suppose dey involve imself for Osun matter, but na im right to dey there if e want. Una think say na correct move make soldiers dey stop citizens from entering state for election?
