So the man is in custody, and now he’s dragging the anti-graft agency to court because his wife and son can’t bring him food and drugs? If the ICPC blocked family access, that’s a rights issue , but if they’re holding him over corruption, shouldn’t we be asking why he’s more worried about his comfort than his case? In a country where detention conditions are often worse for ordinary Nigerians, does El-Rufai deserve special treatment just because he was governor, or is this a genuine fight for everyone’s constitutional rights?
