APC Thugs in Osun: Fayose Says We Are in Trouble and He Is Right

Isaac Fayose has finally said what many of us have been thinking since that video of APC campaign vehicles carrying suspected thugs went viral on Thursday. The businessman is not mincing words. He said, and I quote, "I hope you all are seeing APC's desperation in Osun. They have flooded the state with all kinds of thugs. We are in trouble."

This is not just about one state election. Fayose is looking ahead to 2027, and he is scared. He warned that "APC wants to win by force and so they brought thugs to the state. We are in trouble in 2027. If you think we are okay, we are not." When a man who is not even a politician starts crying out like this, you should sit up and listen.

The video shows about 11 suspected thugs being arrested from an APC campaign vehicle. Both APC and Accord Party are busy trading accusations of violence. But the question is, who is really behind the bloodshed in Osun? And if this is how they behave for a state election, what will happen in 2027 when the whole country is at stake? Are we going to just sit and watch them turn Nigeria into a war zone?
