My landlord don start dey collect 'viewing fee' for house viewing center

My landlord just come dey vex say I dey use im sitting room as viewing centre every weekend. He say my friends dey drink beer and shout GOAL! like say na stadium. I tell am say na only 12 of us dey watch Man United match, e no be like say I convert house to cinema.

Now he don increase my rent small, say na 'entertainment surcharge'. I swear, this Lagos life no balance. Dem go charge you for everything, even the air you dey breathe. If you no pay, dem go tell you say 'na your mates dey watch for viewing centre for free' but you know say na lie.

I just dey ask myself, if I open small shop for my room, my landlord go collect commission? 🤔
