The state is now ordering security forces to "intensify operations" after the Lakurawa attack left 32 residents and 4 soldiers dead, with locals having to fight back themselves before any official response mattered. We've heard this same script every time , condolences, a delegation visit, and talk of "collaboration" , while villages keep paying the price. When will security become prevention instead of reaction, or are we just waiting for the next massacre to force another statement?
