The defence team is calling out the federal government for dodging the appeal, saying if the conviction is solid, come and defend it in court instead of hiding behind legal jargon. They’re pushing for the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal to finally hear the case, with Kanu himself begging for a listing from prison.
