So the man who wants to be president just told us how he and Obasanjo "recovered" looted funds back in 1999: call the thieves, ask nicely, and let them pocket 5% for their trouble. No jail, no shame, just a business deal between friends. And then they set up EFCC to look like they were serious. If this is the standard for fighting corruption, no wonder we’re still here , so who exactly is qualified to cry about looting now?
